Hi! I’m Steve Corn.
Steve has been employed in the Real Estate Settlement (Escrow) Industry for 25 years. His journey in the Escrow Industry started after realizing his potential in the field of Telecommunications with Siemens as a District Manager. Newhall Escrow Company, being a family business, was established in 1963 and has served the Real Estate Industry for over 52 years. Steve transition to owner in 2004and has since grown the company to be one of the premier Escrow companies in the Northern Los Angeles County area known as the Santa Clarita Valley.
Steve is actively involved in the community and gives back by serving on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clarita Valley Rotary Club, as First Vice Chair of the College of the Canyons Foundation Board of Directors as a member of the Mother Outreach and Board Member of Campus After Dark, Steve is Past President of Santa Clarita Valley Rotary Institute, Southland Association of Realtors (Affiliate), California Escrow Association, the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation and North Park Community Church.
Steve lives in Valencia and is married to his lovely wife Carla for 21 years and has a wonderful daughter Chelsea, 18 years old. He is passionate about helping others, growing his Real Estate clients business and creating lifelong relationships along the way that fosters achievements in business the way it is meant to be, the heart, honesty and integrity. Steve believes it is his responsibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he touches.
Steve enjoys cooking for friends and family and also is accomplished in the Competition BBQ world. Steve’s passion for food, wind and travel has created a lifetime of memories and he loves to design culinary and wine centered trips for friends and family who visits locations Steve has traveled to and beyond. Steve is an avid fisherman and loves spending time in his RV with his wife Carla and daughter Chelsea. When not cooking, traveling, drinking wine of RV’ing, you will find Steve riding his road bike, reading books and helping improve the lives of others.
